Striking Scorpion

Hi all,
I've just finished painting this classic Eldar Striking Scorpion for a bit of a hobby break. It was fun to do and quite fast as well, those old Eldar are still awesome minis!
Hope you like, Daz

  2. Those sculpts still hold up today given a crisp paint job. Is that 'proper' Goblin Green on the bases?

  4. Wicked mate!
I love the oldschool style, especially the goblin green base which is still a "must have" with that kind of figure.

Bring it in tomorrow, I want to have a close look at it ;)

  5. Great stuff! How did you do the base? I can't quite get that classic 'Eavy Metal finish right...

    Cheers!

    1. Hi Joe. The base is simply goblin green all over sand. Then mix in bleached bone for a couple if dry brushed highlights. 😊
